District President Pastor Mosa Abraham, District Secretary Pastor Bhaskar Gershom, City President Ratna Babu, City Chairman M. Issaku said in a press meet that it is necessary to give relaxation in provisions of honourary pay to the Pastors. National Christian Council, Kakinada District, Kakinada City Executive committee organised a press meet at " Kristhu Suvartha Sahavasa Sangam Pastor M.Issaku's Church at Kottha Kakinada. The Chief Ministers who worked in this state never looked into Pastor's problems. It is appreciable that the present Chief Minister of our State Mr. Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy granted honourary pay to the Pastors.
This honourary pay to the Pastors is purely an initiative taken by Kakinada City MLA Mr.Dwarampudi Chandra Sekhar Reddy is highly appreciated.In the first phase only 5 thousand Pastors received this honourary pay out of 70thousand Pastors in the state.Some of the pastors failed to receive this honourary pay due to the provisions levied by the Government. These Pastors requested the Chief Minister of our State Mr. Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy to give relaxation in the provisions to receive this Pastor's honourary pay.At the same time National Christian Council, Kakinada District is planning to conduct a congratulatory meet soon.
