Viva's Child Protection Training
Mr. Vincent Kumar Dasari, Viva - Hyderabad Network Coordinator met with The Founder President Dr. Sam Paul and National Vice President Rev. Brighty Beulah and presented them about Viva's Child Protection Training and other programs like Flourish and Teacher Support Program (TSP). Viva provides teacher friendly lesson explanation videos, lesson activity ideas and the printable worksheets. 650 +readymade organised high quality CBSE NCERT (2023) lesson explanation videos and worksheets to support primary school teachers in improving student learning outcomes.
Flourish- The aim of the flourish course is to see teens thriving and growing into flourishing adults. The flourish life skills course for teens provides knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to keep themselves healthy and safe and prepare them for life as valid members of the society.
Viva remains committed to ensuring the personal safety of all children. To achieve this objective, Viva has designed an 'Online Child Protection Certificate Course' for individuals working directly with children. This course, available in English and Hindi, provides detailed information about child protection through video and voice-over explanations, along with an engaging quiz and activities which encourage interactive learning. The course concludes with a computer-aided assessment, which applicants must complete in order to finish the course. If the applicant scores a certain percentage (or higher) in this assessment, they would be granted a certificate to showcase their completion of the overall course as well.
The average time it would take for an applicant to complete the whole course is 3 hours.
